Return Policy
You may return most items sold by DBI within 30 days of delivery for
a full
refund. Please note that we are unable to exchange items.
We
cannot accept returns of any product missing the serial number
or UPC.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of
certain
items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30
days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, or software that has been
opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
To
return an item, please go to our support
page and
select return in the drop down menu. Enter your order number in the
message
field. We will then provide you with
further instructions on returning the item.
Once we receive the item in good standing, we will refund your
account.
